Quality in the details
Critical dimensions, a physical finish master and the assembled product define acceptance. Carry those references from prototype approval into batch inspection.
Review what matters
Check what matters
A machined enclosure and a complete keyboard call for different review points. Start with the product you are sourcing.
Agree the checkpoints before sampling and production.
For a metal component
Critical dimensions and mounting interfaces. Visible-surface color and texture. Fit with the intended PCB, plate and mating parts. Protective packing for the finished surface.
Review the whole product
Use the drawing, approved sample and assembly reference as a shared basis for reviewing the order.

Dimensions & fit
Inspect the specified datums, critical dimensions and mounting interfaces against the released drawing. Check finished-part fit with the approved PCB, plate and mating parts.
Finish & appearance
Use the physical master for color, gloss and texture. Define visible faces, contact-mark locations and cosmetic acceptance under agreed inspection conditions.
Assembly & function
Check the ordered component configuration, fastening and working features. Complete keyboards add key-function and connection-mode checks appropriate to the model.
Packaging & delivery
Match labels, quantities and component revisions to the order. Review protection for finished surfaces and accessories against the approved packing sample.
Testing and certification
Custom projects can include relevant laboratory testing and certification support. Define the test requirements for the product, configuration and destination market during development.
We coordinate samples, testing and the resulting documentation with the production programme, helping you substantiate product claims for your customers.
