For larger orders, the usual starting point is a 30% deposit with the balance paid before shipment. Smaller orders may require full payment. Final payment terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Which delivery terms and shipping methods are available?

EXW and FOB are commonly used for bulk orders. Samples and smaller shipments can also travel by international courier, including DHL and FedEx.

Can the sample fee be credited to the bulk order?

For pullers customized by printing or laser engraving, the USD 15 sample fee can normally be credited toward the bulk order. Other sample charges and conditions are confirmed per project.
